LG is in process to introduce world’s first 21:9 aspect computer monitor.  The 29-inch EA93 is also pitched at power users for multiple displays as well in addition to its appeal to digital film buffs.

It divides the workload with across multiple monitors and color inconsistencies as well to continue the workflow.   LG’s EA93 provides 100% sRGB color space expression and divides the screen in to 2 or 4 segments.  Each segment behaves like a separate display.  Through Dual Link-up, with this new monitor, two external devices like PC and notebook can be connected.

Its 2560 x 1080 resolution, IPS panel of 677 x 290-mm with anti-glare surface coating having 300-nit brightness sports a DVI-D Dual Link interface, two HMDI connections that allow gamers to feed games from their smartphones.  This monitor has 4 USB 3.0 ports a display port and PC audio in.  It allows the users to enjoy the built-in 7W stereo speakers.  For private listening, monitor has headphone audio out jack.

To offer the viewers contrast ratio of 5000000:1, LG EA93 utilizes Digital Fine Contrast Tech.  Its response time is 5 ms GTG with picture-in and by-picture functionality.

Currently LG will introduce EA93 UltraWide monitor in Korean market, and will be in global market after few weeks.  We are still waiting for price information.
