The device form element is still taller as full-blown 7-inch tablet.  Therefore you’ll feel a little bit ridiculous if you put it on your ear.  Its all-plastic construction feels a bit cheap and you’ll be impressed by its 1920×1080 IPS display.

There is quad-core Snadragon 800 2.3 GHz processor installed in the device like in the top smartphon selling brands of 2013.  The device also have capacity of 2.3 GB RAM plus 3900 mAh battery.  There is 5-megapixel camera on the front with 13-MP shooter on the back.  The device storage space is up to 16GB and Android 4.3 and it is being expected that it’ll be shipped with KitKat (4.4).

Although still no info about price, however it’ll be mid-range phone competing with Moto X.  It means price may be as little as $329.
