The Willow X is an advanced AI-powered garden robot developed by Belgian robotics company EEVE, designed to revolutionize smart home automation and outdoor maintenance. This autonomous lawn care robot is equipped with dual robotic arms, enabling it to perform a variety of tasks such as mowing lawns, weeding, and harvesting vegetables.
Unlike traditional robotic mowers that rely on perimeter wires, the Willow X utilizes computer vision and AI-driven navigation to map and adapt to your garden’s layout. Its 4K camera and obstacle detection capabilities allow it to identify and avoid obstacles, ensuring efficient operation.

The robot’s battery-powered system provides up to six hours of operation per charge, with the Pro version extending to eight hours. It can handle slopes up to 25% (35% for the Pro model) and features rain detection, prompting it to return to its charging station during unfavorable weather conditions.
EEVE has also introduced Weedy, an innovative attachment for the Willow X that automates the weeding process. Using advanced AI technology, Weedy identifies weeds and applies an eco-friendly bio-herbicide, maintaining your garden’s health with minimal human intervention.
Pre-orders for the Willow X are currently open, with the standard model priced at €3,990 (~$4,400) and the Pro version at €4,690 (~$5,200). Deliveries are expected to begin in early 2025.
