Being the residence for many centuries of aristocracy, princesses, marquises, sultans, tsars and Popes, Villa d’Este is a 16-century villa near Rome. The villa is also a most charming and celebrated five-star resorts in the world and hosting a spectacular annual automotive beauty contest since 1929. This event also held recently in 2021 and provided a feast for the classic cars lovers.
The setting for the cars is highly wonderful and appropriate at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. Now it’s an Italian state museum and also UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The overall winner of the contest gets a trophy which is sponsored by Germany’s BMW Group being the irony about the Trofeo BMW Group winner of recent times. This time Italian produced car was awarded as winner of the contest and its seventh time in succession.
