The Trump Organization has unveiled plans for a landmark development in the Middle East: the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai. This 80-storey skyscraper, rising over 1,100 feet, will feature the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool and is set to become a prominent addition to Dubai’s skyline.

Situated in Downtown Dubai, the tower will offer panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea. The development includes luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and exclusive amenities such as a private members-only club named “The Trump.” The design, characterized by a sleek form and a distinctive upper void reminiscent of the Shanghai World Financial Center, aims to redefine luxury living in the region.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, emphasized the project’s alignment with the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation. He highlighted Dubai’s status as a dynamic global city, making it an ideal location for this ambitious venture.
In addition to the Dubai project, the Trump Organization has partnered with Dar Global to develop the Trump International Golf Club, Doha in Qatar. This development will feature an 18-hole golf course and high-end branded villas, further expanding the Trump brand’s presence in the Middle East.
These ventures mark a significant expansion of the Trump Organization’s footprint in the Gulf region, reflecting a strategic focus on luxury real estate and hospitality developments in key international markets.
