1-Columbo city tour

Columbo is the largest city and commercial hub of Sri lanka. 2-Dambulla cave temple

The best preserved ,Prehistoric Dambulla Cave Temple Complex is the UNESCO World Heritage site . There are about 150 Buddha statues and all caves are decorated with paintings . The statues of Buddha, twisted cave paintings and the sacred vibes makes these caves a beautiful spiritual sanctuary.

3-Ella

4-Gall Fort

Have a day out with your family to one of the most  prestigious archeological sites of the world, the Galle or the Dutch Fort. The fort was built by  the Portuguese in 1505 and fortified by the Dutch.This historical monument is one among the best family attractions in Sri Lanka. Today the area is full of modern hotels,restaurants and souvenir shops. Food items are  solid on stalls at seaside also.

5-Sigiriya

Sigiriya Rock Fort is absolutely impressive. The peak is elevated on  200 meters high . There are sheer stairwells to reach the top and many frescos to marvel at on the way up. Remains of an ancient civilization, a palace and monastery are found At the top. There are many caves and garden in this area.Other attraction at Sigiriya include Sigiriya museum, Minneriya national park and Dambulla Cave Temple.

6-Yala national park

Established  in 1938, Yala National Park is the largest national park of the srilanka with height-est population of leopards in the world.Other spices include elephants, sloth bears and crocodiles. The park is divided into five blocks.Must  visit the very informative visitor center at the entrance of the park for insightful displays about the area.

7-Mirissa Whale watching

Located  at 150 kilometres south of Colombo Mirissa is a small town on the south coast of Sri Lanka.Located at an  elevation of 4 metres above sea level  Mirissa’s  is famous for its beach and nightlife .Its crystal clear beautiful beach, water sports ,snorkeling and whale watching makes it a must see tourist destination.

8-Adams peek

Adam’s Peak is a famous tourist destination in Sri Lanka. The highest point of the peak has a footprint cast in stone which  is considered sacred in different religions.For  unforgettable views,  many pilgrimage head to the top on full moon nights or start hiking very early in the morning to reach the apex by sunrise .

9-Hikkaduwa Beach

Hikkaduwa is a small town on the south coast in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka  . Having  beautiful beaches, wildlife and temples to explore, Hikkaduwa offers plenty of activities  to keep you busy. Hikkaduwa beach is reputed as the second best surfing spot in Sri Lanka.

The shallow waters opposite Hikkaduwa Beach shelter the Hikkaduwa National Park, which is a coral sanctuary and home to marine turtles and exotic fish. Inland, Gangarama Maha Vihara is a Buddhist temple decorated with hand-paintings.
